Can I send my own Zoom or Google Hangout link instead of using your provided link?
Yes, you can include a link in the notes section of your booking form or let us know in the booking form notes section that you will be emailing info@tinytailstoyou.com your own link.
How do I give you the names of the virtual hangout participants?
Google Hangout and Zoom will pick up the account holder’s names but each guest will need to update their screen name upon login to reflect the name of the participant or child(ren) who are interacting with us.
Can I have a custom Virtual Hangout for more than 15 guests or a different time? And custom Bunnygram orders!
Yes! We are able to customize bookings to meet your needs. Libraries, schools, neighborhoods, organizations and large group hangouts use a Zoom Webinar, the organization's video chat service, or a Facebook Live stream through their organization’s Facebook Page. We also offer courses as seen on NBC!
Choose between Zoom or Google Hangouts for your hangout. If you don’t have a preference, we recommend Zoom for ease of use. Do you have a large library, school, or neighborhood group? We can run a Zoom Webinar or a Facebook Live stream through your organization’s Facebook Page.
How do I invite people to participate in my Virtual Hangout?
We will send a confirmation email with the date and time of your visit plus a personal link to join. Forward this email to your guests so everyone can log into the same link at your scheduled time.
Booking as easy as 1-2-3: Select an available date/time on our calendar. Pay using any major credit card. Check your email for the calendar invite with your hangout link.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule our Virtual Hangout?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. It’s easy, just click the cancel or reschedule link in the booking confirmation email and reschedule your date immediately.
What are your online offerings for schools and libraries?
Invite your small group, daycare, library, reading group, classroom, grade level or whole school-wide assembly! Your students/patrons choose what we do and see next and ask questions about our amazing animals.
Booking is simple. Seamlessly schedule and pay online using any major credit card. Please let us know if your organization has a required payment process.
There are no additional fees. For in-person events you can choose to upgrade your experience, add additional animals or services like glitter tattoos. You can also choose to add a canopy for $50 (shade is mandatory for our animals).
All of our animals are snuggly, lap-sized animals! We have bunnies, hedgehogs, chicks, blue-tongued skinks, chinchillas, tortoises, guinea pigs, miniature chickens, and bearded dragons.
