We can put on your experience rain or shine!
If it begins raining or the outside temperature is outside of 40˚F - 100˚F (on either end), we will need to take the event indoors. Indoor events are setup with a clean floor covering (we leave without a trace). We can also set up in a garage or covered patio area! Depending on how many people are joining, we'll need a space anywhere from 8ft by 8ft on the smaller end, to 16ft by 16ft on the larger end.
Outdoor exceptions can be made if there are fans or misters to accommodate for the weather.
Note: "Hoppy" Hours and Pet Therapies require a smaller area (max 5ft x 5ft).
We provide everything for safe, organized, and fun experiences! Each experience includes small area fencing, clean mats, hand sanitizer, and trained staff members. Staff members are present at all times to help with the proper handling of the animals and to answer any questions.
We have bunnies, hedgehogs, chicks, blue-tongued skinks, chinchillas, tortoises, guinea pigs, miniature chickens, and bearded dragons!

We serve the Central Texas area. Since we are mobile we don't have a storefront/physical location that can be visited.

We can reschedule your event up to 48 hours before the event. However, rescheduling within 48 hours must be processed as a cancellation.
Payment is non-refundable for day-of cancellations. If you cancel your experience before the day of your event, we will refund you 50% of your total paid amount.
Yes, we have $2 million worth of General Liability Insurance and are licensed by the United States Department of Agriculture.
We also have several other types of insurance, please let us know if you need proof of insurance for your event.
We recommend you schedule our start time for after most of your guests have arrived and your event is in full swing!
