Animal science curriculums come to life!

Let me share some ideas as a former teacher about using in-person and virtual animal experiences to make your science curriculum come to life!

A major component of our mission statement is to educate kids and adults about animals. Ever since we created Tiny Tails To You, Chelsea and I have been passionate about providing educational experiences to students in the Austin, Texas area. We are so excited that we now get to share our knowledge of animals to kids all around the world with our virtual programs. As a former elementary school teacher, I recognize how important it is to make lessons meaningful and memorable. That's why we designed our in-person and virtual experiences to be entertaining, fun, and interactive.

Classroom petting zoo programs

Our in-person petting zoo programs for classrooms are a fun (and adorable) way to make your science curriculum come to life. Sit back, relax and we'll bring the field trip to you. Whether you are a public or private school teacher, or a homeschooling parent, your students will love petting and interacting with our snuggly animals. Each program is customized to meet the age groups in your class and their specific educational requirements.

Virtual ZOOm Call

Our virtual classroom program provides all of the same educational fun and interactivity, it's just online. Teachers and homeschool parents who have used our virtual classroom hangouts love how engaging and informational these on-demand petting zoos are. These 30 minute interactive video calls are a great way to educate and entertain students who are learning at home or online. Plus, students love getting to see the animals wear silly costumes while getting really close to the camera.

Free educational resources and fun

Don't miss our free educational resources. For younger students, we have an activity coloring book filled with games and pictures. For older students we have printable worksheets (with answer keys for teachers!) that can be completed by researching our animals on their animal fact pages. We also have lots of fun and interactive videos such as animal music and yoga on YouTube!
