The Four Tortoise Chakras

First, the top of the head. Rise into the head scratch from the universe.

Next, feel the earth underneath with your tortoise toes. Dig deeply into the elemental world.

Then, be strong and safe in the shell of your body. It is your protection and your home.

Finally, the tail. Wiggle it and be free. Feel balance and freedom within.
